SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of your Shopping Bag and the shipping method you choose. Available shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Standard Service
​
Most packages shipped with our Standard service are delivered within about 5-8 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow additional time for delivery to locations outside of the contiguous US, and for rural addresses.​
Priority Service
Receive your order within 2-3 business days when you choose our Priority service. Please exclude weekends and holidays when calculating your estimated delivery date.

Expedited Service
Receive your order within one business day when you choose our Expedited service and check out before 2:00pm CT. Orders placed after 2pm CT Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, on Saturday or Sunday, on a holiday, or after 12pm the day before a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
RETURN POLICY
CLEARANCE/LIMITED/SALES ITEMS:
May only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
ALTERED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
(APPAREL, GLASSES, PINS AND BOTTLES)
Items that have been altered or customized are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with the USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
